Keneshia was a pleasure to work with. She removed a mountain of stress out of the home buying experience. She and her husband are very knowledgeable, and well informed on the market. In today's market my fear was real and justified. It was our first home buying experience and our real purchase as a couple together. Keneshia first learned who we were as individuals and then she took our two very different personalities and found us the perfect home. She rolled out the red carpet. Her services don't stop with just finding a home. She had seminars, helpful information on her social media platforms. Followed up by putting us in touch with professionals she knew and trusted to give us the answers she couldn't. We had issues breaking the lease with our apartment complex, well she showed up on site and on time to help us with that. If you are a first-time home buyer or someone who bought a home before and want the red-carpet treatment. Do yourself a favor and give Keneshia a call. You will not be disappointed. Look no further if you want an understanding, patient and helpful realtor to make your home buying or selling dreams come true! Keneshia helped me purchase my first home in 2020 and it was such a great experience that when I moved for work in 2022 and  needed to sell, I immediately called her up and let me tell you, her greatness is consistent! Although I wasn't always timely and prompt (shift work with a newborn is a killer) she sure was and she never got frustrated with me. She answered my questions and went above and beyond to ensure clarity. Keneshia is absolutely amazing! In our brief time of getting to work with her, my wife and I were able to experience a realtor who was super kind and attentive to our needs and wants. I am upset that I am not moving in the Jacksonville area anymore just due to the fact that we cannot continue to work with her. Everything was laid out coherently and perfectly timed for us so transition into our new home right on schedule.
