Each category requires its own consent. Consent checkboxes are never pre-checked. Checking the SMS consent checkbox is not required to complete the form or receive our services.

Program Description: K & H Elite llc / Keneshia Haye, Florida Gateway Realty, sends SMS messages to opted-in contacts for real estate appointment reminders, home valuation follow-ups, VA consultation updates, course enrollment information, new listings alerts, market updates, and general real estate guidance.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive messages on an ongoing basis depending on the categories you have opted into and your engagement with our services.

Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not affect other communications (email, phone calls) unless you separately request those be stopped.
